Finding your favorite foods on campus is easy. We are proud to offer a dining program complete with signature brands and menu selections that include just about every item you can imagine. Just feast your eyes on what we have available!

Continuous Dining means that the doors to the cafeteria are open during our Hours Of Operation. From home style meals to classic burgers and salads, we have everything you're looking for and more! But don't worry – even in between the scheduled meal times there are still plenty of options like soup, salads, deli, pizza, cereal, fruit, desserts!


We feature a wide variety of fresh food designed to satisfy everyone's appetite with food choices to rival your favorite restaurants:

  • Our Fresh Market Place Salad Bar features three types of lettuce, fruit salad, eight types of dressing, and over a dozen toppings, including vegetarian, vegetarian protein and protein options that vary from day to day! Add on other accoutrements, such as croutons, nuts and cranberries to complete your meal! A great option for anyone looking for a healthy meal
  • Freshly made specialty sandwiches, salads, smoothies, milkshakes, snacks, sautés and more at our Innovation Station!
  • Delicious, hot, Mindful entree's at our Mindful station! Every meal each day will feature a Mindful dish, a healthy, clean plate for you to enjoy, packed with all the flavors you love!
  • Vegan and Vegetarian options offered everyday at every meal! These meals are also part of our Mindful Program! We replace the protein with a vegan/vegetarian option, such as tofu, beans or other vegetarian protein options!
  • Freshly baked pizza with our House Made Sauce. The sauce is a Mindful, Four Ingredient recipe crafted by our Pizza Cook, Lindsey! Enjoy a slice of her delicious, hot pizza alongside pasta, two types of sauces that vary everyday, and breadsticks! 
  • Hot, fresh sandwiches and fries off of our grill station! We feature a variety of options such as quesadillas, burgers, hotdogs, hot pastrami sandwiches, sausage sandwiches and so much more!
  • Full Deli with your choice of meats, cheeses, breads, veggies and dressings, with the option to grill on our panini press! 
  • New creations by our Chef, Charles Salmond just for you! 
  • Our Classic and most popular Buff Chick Wednesday, featuring our famous Caesar Salad and Hot Buffalo Popcorn Chicken! 
  • Hard Ice Cream by Giffords,and  Soft Serve Ice Cream.
  • Freshly baked, seasonal desserts and desserts chosen by YOU, the students, made fresh every morning by our Baker, Becky!
